Terms of Service

1. Definitions

  • Service — OnePN, an automated information system for providing data and instructions for connecting to VPN.
  • User — a person who has completed registration with the Service.
  • Licensor — the administration of the Service providing access to OnePN.

2. Subject of the Agreement

  • The Licensor grants the User a simple (non-exclusive) license to use the Service for the term of this Agreement.
  • The license may be granted on a paid basis. Rates are published in the Service and may be changed by the Licensor.
  • The Licensor has the right to provide a free trial access.
  • The User obtains the right to use the Service for its intended functional purpose.
  • The processing of Users' personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

3. The Service

  • The Service provides the User with the information necessary to connect to VPN.
  • Access is provided through a personal account at web.onepn.org.
  • Depending on the region, technical limitations, or testing, the functionality of the Service may be partially unavailable.
  • The Service does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided. VPN services are provided by third-party companies.
  • Use of the Service is permitted for personal purposes only.
  • It is prohibited to use the Service or its data for unlawful activity, including hacking attacks, distribution of malicious software, terrorism, distribution of prohibited materials, or spam.
  • The User is responsible for the use of VPN and the risks associated with anonymization.
  • When connecting to VPN on a PC or Mac, the use of torrent trackers (uTorrent, Zona, etc.) is prohibited.
  • All information is provided without any guarantee of accuracy or completeness.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Licensor undertakes to:

  • Ensure the availability of the Service 24/7.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of the User's data.

The Licensor has the right to:

  • Change the terms of the Agreement.
  • Engage third parties to provide certain functions.
  • Use anonymized statistical data.
  • Send notifications and surveys to the User.
  • Monitor the operation of the Service and collect information about its use.
  • Restrict access in the event of a breach of the Agreement.

The User undertakes to:

  • Read and accept the Agreement.
  • Use the Service only personally.
  • Not transfer access to third parties.
  • Not copy or transfer analytical and technical information to third parties.
  • Not disrupt the operation of the Service and not use malicious software.
  • Provide accurate data.
  • Not hack the accounts of other users.
  • Not insult the Licensor or other users, and not disseminate false information.

The User has the right to:

  • Contact support regarding use of the Service.
  • Use the Service without limitation on time or number of requests.
  • Share the results of using the Service on the internet.
  • Suggest improvements to the Service.
  • Stop using the Service at any time.

5. Term of the Agreement

  • The Agreement takes effect upon acceptance and remains in effect for the period during which access is provided.
  • The Licensor is entitled to change the terms of the Agreement; the User is responsible for monitoring changes independently.

6. Liability

  • The parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
  • The Licensor is not liable for decisions made by the User based on data from the Service.
  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
  • The Licensor does not guarantee the operability of third-party VPN services and servers.
  • The Licensor is not responsible for the quality of the User's internet connection.
  • The Licensor has the right to suspend access to an account upon complaints about unlawful activity by the User.

7. Termination of the Agreement

  • The User may stop using the Service by notifying support: support@onepn.io.
  • The Licensor is entitled to terminate access in the event of a breach of the terms of the Agreement.
  • Not using the Service is not considered termination of the Agreement.
  • A refund is possible only by mutual agreement of the parties.

8. Final Provisions

  • The Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
  • A pre-trial dispute resolution procedure is mandatory. Claims should be sent to support@onepn.io. The review period is 30 days.
  • The invalidity of individual provisions does not affect the Agreement as a whole.
  • The Licensor is entitled to discontinue the Service by notifying users 14 days in advance.
